Tania joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2012 as an Accounting Manager and has worked her way up through the ranks to CFO. With more than 20 years of experience in Accounting, Tania manages Halloran’s Human Resources, Accounting, and Finance Departments. Tania strives to build and maintain a culture at Halloran that not only attracts and retains top talent but one that truly embodies our core values of doing the right thing, having expertise with personality, showing mutual respect, and getting it done together. As such, Tania has been instrumental in building Halloran’s reputation as one of Inc 5000’s fastest-growing companies in America. In 2017, she vetted and orchestrated the reengineering of Halloran’s back-office systems to achieve greater efficiency and faster results. The real-time data, flowing into business-critical financial reports, dashboards, and projections, give Halloran the agility to achieve its yearly revenue, margin, and staff targets. As a member of Halloran’s executive team, Tania is currently focused on the business strategy and growth plans to grow Halloran to two times EBITDA and beyond.
In 2019, Tania and her team were awarded the Sage Intacct Customer Hero Award and the Ventana Research Digital Leadership Award for use of Sage Intacct. The Customer Hero Award was awarded to Halloran because they have used Sage Intacct to dramatically improve their business and financial operations. The Ventana award was awarded to Halloran for best exemplifying leadership in the applications and technologies that support the office of finance.
Prior to joining Halloran, Tania worked at Cambridge Biomarketing, Baystate Health, and IBM where she successfully upgraded and implemented accounting systems as well as managed client billing and financial reporting responsibilities.
