Rebecca has more than six years of experience in clinical operations, clinical development, vendor management, QMS implementation, and cross-functional project management. At Halloran, Rebecca supports execution of phase I/II studies from startup to closeout, conducts CRO/vendor selection and qualification activities, develops and implements fit-for-purpose quality systems, leads cross-functional project teams, supports regulatory applications, and applies strategic project management techniques to achieve client goals.

Prior to joining Halloran, Rebecca worked as a Product Operations Associate at Sonde Health, a digital vocal biomarker company leveraging complex speech models into commercial and consumer health screening applications for respiratory and mental health conditions. Rebecca is an alumni member of Northeastern University’s Cognitive & Brain Health Lab, where she conducted studies investigating the effects of exercise on cognition, physiological markers of brain function, and adiposity. Previous experience includes working with Lown Cardiovascular Group’s exercise physiology and sports cardiology teams, as well as in the Brigham and Women’s Hospital Clinical Center for Investigation Nutrition Core.
