Caroline Shannon has more than five years of experience in project management and research communications in the healthcare space. A meticulous project manager, Caroline is an expert in establishing project timelines, creating and maintaining budgets, engaging key stakeholders, and executing high-quality deliverables across all functional areas. Caroline also has experience in developing and executing change management strategies.

Prior to joining Halloran, Caroline worked as an Account Manager/Writer in Dana-Farber Cancer Institute’s Division of Philanthropy where she wrote proposals, developed marketing materials, and created slide decks to communicate Dana-Farber’s research priorities to prospective major donors and solicit their support. She oversaw production and implementation of materials and marketing strategies.
