Caitlin Schuler has over ten years of experience supporting quality initiatives in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, and healthcare industries. At Halloran, Caitlin is focused on clinical quality assurance activities including gap assessments, inspection readiness, SOP development, audit support and training program management. She also has data and technology experience providing clinical system implementation support and data integrity assessments and remediation. Caitlin has experience in leading strategic organizational change, project management, process assessment and optimization, and structured problem solving.

Previously at Halloran, Caitlin was the manager of Business Growth for the Organizational and Quality Systems department and met with clients regarding new opportunities. Prior to joining Halloran, Caitlin worked as a Quality Case Consultant at a large community hospital. Her main responsibilities included facilitating medical staff reviews and leading several quality and performance improvement activities across the health system. Prior to this role, she was a research analyst coordinator where she drove the implementation of a quality-of-life questionnaire across an entire health system.
