Rashida has nearly 20 years of experience in clinical operations with an emphasis in Oncology and Rare Disease. Rashida’s experience includes being the Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Neximmune, Inc. where she was responsible for the oversight and execution of their cellular therapy clinical programs. In addition, Rashida has held progressive positions in project management at Cmed Inc., Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. At these companies, Rashida was responsible for overseeing Phase I-III clinical trials in both Oncology and Rare Disease.

Rashida is responsible for the management of the overall study operational plan and CRO oversight, which includes project timelines, trial budgets & quality of deliverables throughout the lifecycle of the clinical trial.
