Pam Wilson


Pam Wilson has more than 20 years of experience in the life sciences and healthcare industry. As a collaborative leader Pam combines skills in research, business, and healthcare to provide program leadership, strategic direction, and sustainable organizational performance. She brings more than 10 years’ experience in program management with a focus on risk management and an enterprise mindset across the research landscape.

During her tenure at Halloran Consulting Group, Pam has been involved in the build out of a research operating model/platform, conducted an organizational analysis to identify the optimal Program Management Organization (PMO) structure and offered program management support by providing insight into best practices. Her pharmacovigilance (PV)/safety experiences have spanned from performing a PV/safety reporting team assessment to participating in a cross-functional assessment of the E2E post marketing PV and signal management processes and communications.
In addition to her program management, PV and drug safety experience in the research and life sciences industry (vaccines, biotech, pharmaceutical and medical devices), Pam has held positions in medical affairs/commercial, clinical trial management, medical/customer education, and medical information. Pam has experience in various therapeutic areas and disease states including oncology, personalized/precision medicine, infectious diseases, vaccinology, and immunology.

Furthermore, Pam’s experience includes working with large healthcare networks comprised of inpatient, outpatient, and community settings, across multiple departments, with major academic affiliations that combined strong research programs and high quality of care performance.
