


Meaghan Powers
Director, Clinical Practice Operations
Meaghan Powers joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2017. She brings more than 18 years of experience pre-and post-market medical device and Phase I-IV drug trial experience (oncology, urology, women’s health, and CNS studies). Extensive experience working with both pharmaceutical and device companies, proven management skills in industry settings, as well as experience in the development and execution of clinical programs. Wide-ranging expertise including managing collaborations, departments, projects, programs, sites, vendors, monitoring, and process improvement initiatives. She utilizes her experience of clinical trial design, execution, and process improvement to drive transformation.
Prior to joining Halloran, Meaghan held positions in both academic and industry settings with experience in multi-center operations management and overseeing clinical trial management, clinical monitoring, and oversight of investigational sites. Meaghan successfully managed programs through the project life cycle of clinical study design and study publication utilizing a cross-functional team to deliver on-time, precise results. Her responsibilities have included protocol writing, strategic contract/budget negotiations, as well as oversight of investigational site and vendor activities and performance. Meaghan supported continuous improvement in a previous role, through participation in focus groups. She has also held roles as a Clinical Research Associate, working on-site management of large, multi-center, global programs and a Clinical Trial Coordinator at Dana Farber Cancer Institute.
