Mike Lynch has more than 15 years of experience in managing complex technology solutions and implementations with the last 5 years focusing on bringing new technology solutions to the CRO industry. Core areas of technology expertise include Clinical, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Services and Patient Recruitment. Mike builds relationships with his partners by helping them understand the true requirements of a technological solution and ensuring that solution delivers its expected value.

Prior to joining Halloran, Mike progressed through various IT positions with CROs such as PRA Health Sciences and Parexel International. His roles included Manager, IT Business Relationship Management and Associate Director, Medical & Scientific Services Technology where he led and contributed to the delivery of multiple in-house custom and vendor hosted solutions including a CTMS, eTMF, and Adjudication Platforms.
