Lily Borisov, PMP

Lily Borisov has more than five years of experience in clinical development, clinical operations, regulatory affairs, and cross-functional project management. At Halloran, Lily has managed multiple phase 1 studies from startup to closeout. She has conducted and led multiple CRO selections, IND submissions and maintenance, and provided cross-functional project management for early stage clinical programs and a post-market study. Lily also has experience in developing clinical development plans, clinical study protocols/synopses, and study documents/plans related to clinical operations.

Prior to joining Halloran, Lily worked as a Sr. Clinical Research Coordinator at a small biotech start-up, managing the company’s direct to patient, decentralized trials. Lily has also interned at Roche Tissue Diagnostics in their Clinical Operations department where her main responsibilities were to streamline, identify gaps, and improve overall clinical operations processes. Lily holds her master’s in public health, with a focus in Epidemiology and Biostatistics and recently strengthened her project management skills by pursuing her Project Management Professional (PMP) Certificate.
