Chief Innovation Officer
Katie serves as Halloran’s Chief Innovation Officer and leads our sales and marketing teams. Katie and her team focus on the business development aspects of providing services for life science companies throughout their product development lifecycle. Katie previously served as Halloran’s Chief Development Officer, leading Halloran’s consulting business and teams. Katie started her career at Halloran as a consultant and continues to advise companies on corporate strategic planning, directing clinical development portfolios, and providing recommendations to ease drug development challenges. As a member of the Executive Team, Katie focuses on designing the vision to fuel Halloran’s future growth based on the needs of the evolving life science ecosystem. Katie frequently represents Halloran’s subject matter expertise at industry conferences and in other speaking engagements. Katie is a Prosci-certified Change Management Professional, trained in Six Sigma methodologies, and currently enrolled in Harvard Business School’s Innovation and Entrepreneurship program. Katie proudly serves as a member of Life Science Care’s Board of Advisors and their Grant Committee. Katie is also an advisor and coach for the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center MassNextGen Program.
Before joining Halloran, Katie held progressive positions with Biogen across several functions and roles, including Program and Alliance Management, Medical Research, Organizational Effectiveness, Clinical Development, and Clinical Operations. Before joining Biogen, Katie was a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital.
