Katie serves as Halloran’s Chief Innovation Officer and is responsible for the company’s innovation by orchestrating a strategic service portfolio that ensures client success and aligns seamlessly with Halloran’s overarching mission to improve human health. At the helm of fostering innovation across the organization, Katie connects these efforts with the company’s purpose and strategic objectives, infusing Halloran with a culture of forward-thinking and endless possibilities.

Having previously served as the Chief Development Officer, Katie was pivotal in building and managing Halloran’s consulting business, practices, and teams. Her journey at Halloran began as a consultant, and she continues to guide companies on corporate strategic planning, clinical development portfolios, and adeptly navigate the intricacies of drug development challenges.

As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, Katie is dedicated to crafting a visionary roadmap that propels Halloran’s future growth within the dynamic life science ecosystem. She leads with a forward-thinking perspective, cultivating a culture characterized by growth, collaboration, and the unwavering belief that every challenge is an opportunity. A respected industry expert, Katie represents Halloran at prominent conferences and speaking engagements.

Beyond her role at Halloran, Katie extends her impact as a member of Life Science Care’s Board of Advisors and contributes her expertise to the Grant Committee. She also serves as an advisor and coach for the Massachusetts Life Sciences Center MassNextGen Program, demonstrating her commitment to nurturing the next generation of leaders in the life sciences.

Prior to joining Halloran, Katie held progressive positions at Biogen across various functions, including Program and Alliance Management, Medical Research, Organizational Effectiveness, Clinical Development, and Clinical Operations. Her journey began as a Clinical Research Coordinator at Massachusetts General Hospital, which was the foundation for her passion for advancing healthcare.
