Julia Libunao has more than eight years of biotech and pharma consulting experience, including project management, strategic clinical development, and regulatory affairs. At Halloran, Julia provides program management support to companies in preclinical and early clinical stages of development. She is focused on guiding cross-functional teams in the strategy, planning, and execution of development programs. Her experience spans small molecules, cell therapies, biologics, and peptides with a focus in oncology, neurology, and rare diseases.

Prior to joining Halloran, Julia was an Account Executive at MacDougall Biomedical Communications where she managed client relationships and developed and executed corporate communications strategies relating to the design, status, safety and efficacy of Phase 1 through 3 clinical trials. She was also responsible for coordinating all MacDougall client investor and media schedules at the annual J.P. Morgan Healthcare Conference. She previously served as an intern at Biogen, assisting with public, internal and patient advocacy group relations for Biogen’s multiple sclerosis and hemophilia business units, and at Acetylon Pharmaceuticals where she designed and implemented an electronic database and filing system for the company’s FDA regulatory documents. Julia is PMP certified.
