Jennifer has more than 25 years of life science experience in pharma, biotech, medical device, over-the-counter medications, and dietary supplements, with a focus on GMP & commercial quality. Jennifer’s expertise is working with GMP clients to design, develop and improve quality systems, inspection readiness, compliance remediation, and quality team development.

Previously, Jennifer was Director of Quality & Compliance at Better Nutritionals, a dietary supplement contract manufacturer focused on gummies, where she led the Quality Operations, Quality Systems and Regulatory team of over 50 people. Prior to that, Jennifer held Quality leadership positions at Genexa, Alexion, Novartis and management roles at Kite Pharma, Gilead Sciences, Baxter and Grifols Bioscience focused on inspection readiness, quality systems implementation and vendor management.
