Kathi Shah joined Halloran Consulting Group in 2014 and brings over 17 years of pharmaceutical and medical device experience in research and development, project/program management, and clinical operations. Kathi primarily applies her experience to transformational initiatives such as global clinical program/project management, strategic planning, organizational development, change management, continuous process improvement and harmonization, and quality systems.
Prior to joining Halloran, Kathi was a Senior Manager of Global Clinical Operations at Boston Scientific where she managed a large global team supporting clinical operations activities from trial start-up through trial close-out; including strategic study contracting and budget negotiations, vendor management, and business process optimization. Kathi has also held Project Management roles on large-scale cross-functional teams through the various aspects of technology development, clinical trial execution, process harmonization and optimization, and change management.
Kathi earned a Master of Business Administration and Master of Science in Management from Babson College and a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute. She is certified in Six Sigma, is a lean business process practitioner, and has completed the Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
