Rashida Challenger has more than 13 years of experience in clinical operations with an emphasis in Oncology and Rare Disease. Rashida has held many positions within clinical operations ranging from Clinical Research Associate to Clinical Project Manager to Associate Director in the pharmaceutical/biotechnology space and with contract research organizations. At Halloran, Rashida is responsible for the management of the overall study operational plan and CRO oversight, which includes project timelines, trial budgets & quality of deliverables throughout the life of the assigned clinical trials.
Prior to joining Halloran, Rashida held the position of Associate Director of Clinical Operations at Neximmune, Inc. where she was responsible for the oversight and execution of their cellular therapy clinical programs. In addition, Rashida has held progressive positions in project management at Cmed Inc., Mallinckrodt Pharmaceuticals and Spectrum Pharmaceuticals. At these companies, Rashida was responsible for overseeing Phase I-III clinical trials in both Oncology and Rare Disease.
Rashida earned a Master of Science in Clinical Research Administration from The George Washington University and a Bachelor of Science in Biology with a minor in Chemistry from Saint Paul’s College. Rashida is an avid sports fan and former collegiate basketball player. In her spare time, Rashida coaches girls high school basketball and mentors young women within her community.
