Halloran Consulting Group, a consulting firm for life science companies, today announces the promotion of Katie McCarthy to Chief Development Officer (CDO) and Managing Director. McCarthy’s promotion comes as the firm enjoys substantial growth and opens a new office in San Diego, CA.
“Katie has continually proven herself to be a vital asset to Halloran’s success and continued growth,” said Laurie Halloran, President and CEO of Halloran Consulting Group. “Her ability to provide critical strategic insight to life science companies while right-sizing a development team, is invaluable. We’re excited to see her thrive in her new role.”
McCarthy brings more than 20 years of experience in drug development, beginning her career with Halloran in 2011 as a Senior Consultant. They are currently serving as a development partner for over 50 clinical stage programs. Halloran’s development services are a key element to the firm’s continued success and growth.
“I’m honored to move into this new role at Halloran,” says McCarthy. “The life science industry is experiencing incredible growth and development with truly life changing therapies becoming reality. I am grateful that our teams have the opportunity to contribute to so many high promise programs, it’s tremendously rewarding.”
