Halloran is looking for a Consultant to join its Technology Solutions practice area. As a Consultant, Technology Solutions you will provide subject matter expertise to support a variety of client engagements focused in the area of life science technology enablement.  You should have an understanding of clinical development/research, strong communication skills, a flexible approach, a positive attitude, and strong execution skills to support client engagements.


Characteristic Duties:
  • Provide early input and participation in project scope definition and proposal/statement of work authoring
  • Assess/audit client computer systems and infrastructure for compliance gaps and inefficiencies; develop and implement remediation plans
  • Execute implementation of regulated software for clients including activities such as system selection, vendor auditing, business requirement mapping, validation planning/execution, system documentation, software testing, data migration, and training
  • Support day-to-day project activities, including but not limited to:
    • Establishing timelines, milestones, and resource requirements
    • Analyzing and reporting project status including deliverables, budget, schedule, resources, and risks
    • Providing ongoing updates to internal and external project team members/stakeholders via dashboards, presentations, and other appropriate communication methods
    • Identify, mitigate, and escalate project risks; support timely resolution
  • Participate in and/or lead meetings to effectively facilitate decisions according to good meeting management practices
  • Support planning and conduct of workshops (e.g., process mapping, Kaizen) or other brainstorming sessions
  • Participate in Halloran initiatives to drive standardization and increase efficiency
  • Participate in internal activities such as publications and attendance at industry meetings when opportunities arise
  • Identify expansion or new opportunities within existing client engagements by leveraging previous experiences and insights 




  • Bachelor’s degree in a life science-related discipline, computer science, or demonstrated equivalent and a minimum of eight years of experience in a business analyst or clinical operations role
  • Knowledge of CTMS, eTMF, EDC, Content Management, and the data contained therein
  • Familiarity with working/reviewing aggregate data
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and tasks while still keeping a high level of attention to detail throughout the entirety of the project life cycle
  • Ability to work creatively and analytically to problem solve, using logical and efficient processes to achieve results and build relationship, credibility and trust with the client


  • Experience in the Life Sciences (pharma, biotech or medical device development) and/or Consulting settings
  • Knowledge in software project management, business analytics, and/or IT compliance (e.g., 21 CFR Part 11, GAMPS, ISO 27001)
  • Experience in data integrity, privacy, and migration experience
  • Lean Six Sigma, Lean Business Process, and PMP certifications
  • Understanding and application of Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and clinical regulatory compliance
