Halloran is looking for a motivated and experienced accountant that can bring strong expertise to the existing financial team. The Accountant will work closely with various levels within the organization ranging from entry level to executives. This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team and company!

 

Job Responsibilities
  • Managing AP: process bills, issue and mail checks, approves expense reports, reconcile disputes, 
  • Provide payables list for payroll, and reconciles AP between the two financial systems

  • Managing AR:  process invoice payments, deposits check, follows up with clients on outstanding invoices, and reconciles AR between two ledgers.
  • Creates ad-hoc analysis and reports for finance team and management team
  • Maintaining and reconciling fixed assets, prepaid schedule and other balance sheet reconciliations
  • Review and process Amex reconciliation between statement monthly
  • Monitors timesheet, expense and schedule request submissions weekly
  • Enters Independent Consultant timesheets and expense reports daily
    • Monthly review of all IC time to ensure accurate margin
  • Manages and organizes all remittance copies
  • Assists with month and year-end and annual financial review requirements
  • Evaluates and improves current accounting best practices and reports
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Accounting, Finance, or similar field
  • 2-4 years of related work experience
