Refund Policy

If the customer (course attendee) cannot make or wishes to cancel the course reservation, there is a $150.00 non-refundable processing fee up to 7 days prior to the course.

Cancellation Policy

If Halloran Consulting Group cancels a course, the customer (course attendee) can apply the registration fee to another course. If the customer does not wish to apply the fee to another course, Halloran Consulting Group will issue a 100% refund.

Delivery/Shipping Policy
