Halloran is looking for a Consultant, Project Associate to join its Consulting team. In this role, you will be exposed to, and learn from, various clinical trials and projects. This role will allow the right candidate an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment with experts in their field and build knowledge and expertise through exposure. 

Role Responsibilities
  • Responsible for various project administrative efforts such as meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
  • Act as daily client contact regarding all project-related correspondence 
  • Complete background research on indications, various therapies and client business
  • Up to three days per week of client site time
  • Focus on client activities in the area of either Clinical Operations or Quality, such as:
    • Clinical Operations
      • Accountable for start-to-finish project coordination including writing the SOW, driving the timeline and managing the budget
      • Apply knowledge of GCP to support ongoing clinical trials from study start-up through execution and close out
      • Ensure TMF, protocols, investigative brochures and consent forms are all up-to-date and accurate
    • Quality
      • Accountable for Inspection Readiness project coordination, including assisting with planning for Sponsors, Sites and Vendors, Gap Analyses and Remediation, and Mock Inspections
      • Help develop audit agendas and compile audit findings
      • Support gap analysis, quality system maintenance, training, and general quality consulting activities in conjunction with other consultants
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science or similar field
  • 3-5 years of Experience in Life Sciences Research or Development function
  • Clinical Operations/Clinical Trial experience is a plus
  • Oncology/neurology experience is a plus
  • Early stage clinical trial experience is a plus
