Consultant I - Clinical Operations

Halloran is looking for a motivated Clinical Operations professional, that is early in their career to join our team, in a support role. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a few years of clinical operations experience and would like to be exposed to and learn from various clinical trials and projects. This role will allow the right candidate an opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, with experts in their field and build knowledge and expertise through exposure.

Job Responsibilities
  • Accountable for start-to-finish project coordination including writing the SOW, driving the timeline and managing the budget
  • Apply knowledge of GCP to support ongoing clinical trials from study start-up through execution and close out
  • Ensure TMF, protocols, investigative brochures and consent forms are all up-to-date and accurate
  • Responsible for various project administrative efforts such as meeting minutes, agendas, etc.
  • Assist the client and project manager with clinical development plans and clinical trials
  • Act as daily client contact regarding all project-related correspondence
  • Complete background research on indications, various therapies and client business
Education and Experience Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in life science or similar field
  • 2-4 years of Clinical Operations Experience
  • Oncology/neurology experience is a plus
  • Early stage clinical trial experience is a plus
  • Up to three days per week of client site time
